The Okavango Delta is one of the most beautiful and tranquil places on earth where crystal clear shallow water channels create an oasis of rich savannah and woodland, supporting millions of plains game, elephant, giraffe, dozens of graceful antelope species and of course the big cats. The semi desert regions such as Chobe and Savuti are famous for their big breeding elephant herds and prides of lion.

We recommend you fly by light aircraft between very comfortable safari camps like Vumbura and Duba Plains set on vast private areas of land where you can enjoy game viewing by open vehicle, on foot and by traditional dug out canoe in the company of expert guides. We will design a vacation which takes account of the seasonal movement of water, and wildlife, with the chance to enjoy prime game viewing in contrasting scenic settings.

Why choose Botswana?

Because of the convenience of travel, it is ideal for a short break, but to see the country in any depth requires around two weeks. It can easily be combined with the Cape or Mauritius.

Botswana is ideal for a very comfortable and relaxing, yet adventurous safari, with the minimum travel time between locations.
